Understanding Your Communication Style

Nelson Rosamilha, PMP

Truly effective communication requires an understanding of other peoples’ styles as well as our own. Individuals have various preferences for both communicating with others and interpreting different communication styles. This begins with understanding one’s own communication style and how selecting and emphasizing certain behaviors that fit within and resonate with other people will make other people more comfortable in general and can advance one’s relationship with others. In this session attendees will gain an understanding of their communication style and how to more effectively communicate with others.
