Registration includes admission to two luncheons.

Thursday's Networking Luncheon encourages component leaders to spend the hour getting to know each other at their tables. Leaders may be meeting others for the first time or rekindling conversation among previous acquaintances.

Friday's Chartering Luncheon recognizes the leaders of recently chartered PMI Components for their accomplishments. A formal chartering ceremony takes place where a member of the PMI Board of Directors awards the new component leaders with charter plaques.

Assigned luncheon seating is arranged for members of the PMI Board of Directors, the Leadership Development and Excellence Committees, the College Representative to the Board and PMI Headquarters staff.

This seating assignment process facilitates communications between these representatives and the component leadership, building a productive networking environment for everyone in order to meet our meeting goals and objectives.

PMI attempts to remove absent representatives from the luncheon seating if a person is unable to attend. Although emergencies may arise, this is sometimes out of PMI's control to ensure that each person is in attendance.
