Meeting Objectives
The PMI Leadership
Institute Meeting is an invaluable opportunity for knowledge exchange and
development among PMI Component leaders and PMI.
PMI Component leaders will benefit through:

leadership and organizational skills including legal and ethical
responsibilities of all officers, new and seasoned.

necessary to build a team dedicated to managing a nonprofit PMI Component
organization as a volunteer leader.

cultural competencies and membership topics.

Learning up-to-date news on PMI global
initiatives and activities.

Interfacing with PMI's Board of Directors and
Global Operations Center staff to hear future direction and provide valuable
feedback.

and best practices with colleagues from around the world.

Earning Category Three Professional Development
Units (PDUs) for formal learning activities related to project management.
