Individual Leadership Development (ILD): a curriculum designed to empower and expand an individual’s ability to interact within their chosen environment. 

Educational Breakouts are delivered in multiple formats. They can be traditional presentations, workshop format, panel discussion or case studies. Educational breakouts are in three Core Knowledge Areas of the Leadership Institute Program: Association Governance (AG)/Individual Leadership Development (ILD)/PMI Institutional Knowledge (PIK).

Interactive workshops are sessions designed to encourage participation in producing a deliverable. The deliverable could be a skill, document template, case study or other.
