Hotel reservations must be made through the above referenced website in order to qualify for the discounted congress rates.

The deadline for all registration and housing forms is Monday, 15 October.

Room Rates (in U.S. dollars)
Sleeping room rates do not include tax (currently 10% VAT and 2% lodging tax but subject to change). Rates do not include breakfast.

If you require special assistance or accommodations, please inform the Hilton through their website at the time of your booking.

Reservation Guarantee
Reservations cannot be accepted without a credit card guarantee for each room. Credit cards will not be charged until check-out. However, if you do not cancel your reservation according to the hotel cancellation policy or do not show at all, the hotel will charge the fee for one night’s room and tax to your credit card.

Reservation Changes and/or Cancellations
The deadline for cancellations and changes is 15 October. All reservation cancellations and/or changes must be made directly with the Hilton.
