Interactive workshops are sessions designed to encourage participation in producing a deliverable. The deliverable could be a skill, document template, case study or other.
Workshops are aligned in three areas:
1. Association Governance (AG): information for managing and leading a not-for-profit organization.
2. Volunteer Leadership Skills (VLS): a curriculum designed to empower and expand an individual’s ability to interact within their chosen environment.
3. PMI Operational Information (POI): Information about PMI and the organization itself.
