Educational Tracks The Educational Track includes a speaker providing a brief overview of skills, practices and information aligned to one of the three leadership track areas mentioned below. Presentations are typically 45 minutes in length with 15 minutes allotted for question and answer by the audience. Educational Tracks are aligned in three areas:  1. Association Governance (AG): information for managing and leading a not-for-profit organization. 2. Volunteer Leadership Skills (VLS): a curriculum designed to empower and expand an individual’s ability to interact within their chosen environment.  3.
