Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis as received at PMI Housing and according to availability. If rooms are no longer available in the hotel(s) of your choice, you will be placed in an alternate available hotel.

Housing Cut Off Date: 
Reservations must be received at PMI Housing by 5 October 2004, 5:00 p.m. (U.S. Central Time). All reservation requests must be received with credit card guarantee. Housing forms will not be processed without the credit card guarantee. The deadline for cancellations is 5 October 2004. All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made in writing and sent via mail or fax to PMI Housing. DO NOT contact the hotel(s) prior to 11 October. After 11 October, you must contact the hotel directly for changes and/or cancellations.

Reservation Guarantee Information: 
Reservations cannot be accepted without credit card guarantee for each room. Credit cards will not be charged until arrival at hotel. If you do not cancel your reservation according to the hotel cancellation policy or do not show, the hotel will charge one night’s room and tax to your credit card.
