ERVI / LDEC Session
On Saturday, 20 September, members of the PMI Board’s External Relations and Volunteer Involvement Committee
(ERVI) will present "The Future of PMI: PMI's Strategic Plan". In addition, the ERVI's subcommittees, the Chapter and SIG Leadership and Development and Excellence Committees (LDECs) will facilitate in a panel discussion on Component Strategic Planning: The Right Technique for the Right Size. Breakout sessions will follow the panel for real life experiences in executing and mastering the process on the component level. Both presentations will be concurrent from 8:00-10:00AM.
