ACCOMMODATIONS:
Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis as received at PMI Housing and according to availability. If rooms are no longer available in the hotel(s) of your choice, you will be placed in an alternate available hotel.
HOUSING CUT-OFF DATE:
Reservations must be received at PMI Housing by 5:00 p.m. (US Central Time) on 3 September 2003. All reservation requests must be received with credit card guarantee. Housing forms will not be processed without the credit card guarantee. The deadline for cancellations is 3 September 2003. All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made in writing and sent via mail or fax to PMI Housing. DO NOT contact the hotel(s) prior to 13 September. After 13 September, you must contact the hotel directly for changes and/or cancellations.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE INFORMATION:
Reservations cannot be accepted without credit card guarantee for each room. Credit cards will not be charged until arrival at hotel. If you do not cancel your reservation according to the hotel cancellation policy or do not show, the hotel will charge one night’s room and tax to your credit card.
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Harbor Court Hotel: Guests must cancel 24 hours prior to date of arrival
Holiday Inn Inner Harbor: Guests must cancel 48 hours prior to date of arrival.
Hyatt Regency: Guests must cancel by 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) day of arrival.
Marriott Inner Harbor: Guests must cancel by 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) day of arrival.
Marriott Waterfront: Guests must cancel by 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) day of arrival.
Radisson Plaza Lord Baltimore: Guests must cancel 24 hours prior to date of arrival.
Renaissance Harborplace: Guests must cancel by 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) day of arrival.
Sheraton Inner Harbor: Guests must cancel 24 hours prior to date of arrival.
Wyndham Baltimore Inner Harbor: Guests must cancel 72 hours prior to date of arrival.
